Hydrangea Sweets


  1. Roll the bean paste into small balls.

  2. Add food coloring to rice flour mixture.

  3. Slice kanten into small squares.

  4. Lay out plastic rap.

  5. Spoon kanten onto the plastic wrap.

  6. Put the bean paste balls in the center.

  7. Wrap the plastic to form the shape of a hydrangea.

  8. Place the shape on a plate and remove the plastic.

  9. Decorate your dessert with rice flour mixture in any shapes you like.

  10. Enjoy!
